Description
I used this exclusively until I discovered VideoLan. They are both Open Source, lightweight and work like a charm, but this one needs external codecs. I still use both of them.

This is a player for FLV files. You can download FLV files from the internet (ie: YouTube) using Firefoxes DownloadHelper extension.

Description
My favourite music library program. They took all the good things from iTunes user interface, but this program only needs about 2MB of RAM!

Evil Player
Description
I like my software to be lightweight, I'm allergic to bloatware! Hakeem, the developer of Evil Player feels the same and developes a media player that uses extreme few system resources. I used this until I discovered musikCube, which offers more functionality and uses even fewer RAM! It is still worth mentioning, though.
